How to Connect and Disconnect Zoom in SureBook

1. Open the Integrations settings in SureBook

  • In SureBook, go to Settings in the lower-left of the right menu.

  • Select Integrations.

  • Scroll to the Business Phone and Communication section where Zoom appears.

2. Connect Zoom to your SureBook account

  • Under Zoom, click Connect.

  • You will be redirected to Zoom to approve the integration.

  • Approve the connection in Zoom.

  • After approval, you’ll be sent back to SureBook and the integration will show as connected.

3. Disconnect Zoom from SureBook

  • Return to Settings > Integrations.

  • Go back to the Business Phone and Communication section.

  • Under Zoom, click Disconnect.

  • This will remove the Zoom integration from your SureBook account.
